JUNGLE ISLAND VISITOR GUIDELINES
Jungle Island is committed to provide a safe and fun experience to guests, staff and animals.
By following the guidance and recommendations from leading attraction trade organizations and Carlos A. Gimenez,( May 15, 2020) “The new-normal: a guide for residents and commercial establishments” we have implemented changes to the Jungle Island experience.

Limited Capacity
Jungle Island will be operating with a limited daily capacity.
Guests are recommended to purchase tickets online
Annual pass members are recommended to register online

Food concession stands are open
Seating areas at these locations placed at a minimum of 6 feet apart to allow for social distancing.
No outside food is permitted in Jungle Island.
Enhancements to Ensure Employee & Guest Safety
Face Coverings
Employees & Guests Ages 2+
All Jungle Islanders and team members will be required to wear face masks while working.
Guests ages 2 and older are required to wear a CDC recommended face-covering to enter Jungle Island(Miami-Dade County Emergency Order 20-20 and 23-20)
Masks will be available onsite for purchase while supplies last.
Temperature Monitoring
Employees checked daily
In addition to wearing facemasks, all employees will have their temperature checked every day before their work shift.
Physical Distancing
6 feet (2 Meters)
Minimum of 6 foot spacing in lines and queues.

Hand Sanitizing Stations
Available throughout the park
Hand sanitizing stations will be located throughout Jungle Island

Cleaning & Sanitation
Throughout the day
We will maintain our high standards of cleanliness and are adding additional measures such as cleaning high-touch surfaces throughout the day.
