We're a different kind of camp!
We provide an atmosphere meant to expand explorers’ knowledge and creativity through experiences. We are giving campers a chance to go on quests all year long! For every Miami-Dade Teacher Work Day as well as Winter, Spring and Summer- we will be hosting camp here on the Island.
Our one day & weekly camps allow explorers to experience the life of an adventurer! Throughout each day they will engage in animal interactions, be entranced by amazing shows, challenge themselves at Adventure Bay, and much more. All Campers will receive an iconic Jungle Island Parrot Photo as well!
Summer Adventure Camp is for children ages 5-12.

Day Camp
All School Year
Our one day camps allow explorers to experience the life of an adventurer! Winter Adventure Camp
December 23 - January 3
We give young explorers a chance to go on quests over winter break. Each week brings a thrilling new theme designed for five to twelve-year-olds.
Spring Adventure Camp
March 23rd - 27th
This Spring Jungle Island will be hosting Adventure Camp from March 23rd – 27th. This time around we are putting nature in the spot light! Each day we explore different themes of animals and nature in Hollywood.
K.R.E.W. Event
March 28th | 10:00AM - 11:00AM
Kids Research Environment & Wildlife: A free community meet up that allows kids to learn while doing! K.R.E.W. meets once a month to work on projects surrounding topics of environment and wildlife. Jungle Island's educators will guide the K.R.E.W members through a project that teaches kids lessons they will remember for life.
My Mini & Me in the Jungle
March 31st | 11:00AM - 11:45AM
Jungle Island’s Mini and Me program meets once a month for a 45-minute session followed by free exploration of the park. Programming is designed for young adventurers ages 3-4, however all are welcome. Each month we will learn through creative hands on lessons. Past themes have included building animal habitats and yummy layers of the jungle! For specific questions, reach out to the Education department at education@jungleisland.com
This month's theme: Volcano Explosion - Everyone enjoys a cool explosion, but do you know why volcanoes erupt? Today we are going to learn how volcanoes erupt and then help create an explosion of our own.
Location: Jungle Island's Education Center
Cost: $20 for Mini (three-four year old) & Adult. Includes complimentary park admission.
